Recently I read an article which described why different lawyers truly love being a lawyer.
Reading the article I was energized with all the emotion that spurred me to pursue this calling.
This “calling”…
The word echoes of a different generation. A generation that took pride in their work. A generation that took pride in their “calling.” In another life if my “calling” was to be the best blacksmith then I would have been the best blacksmith. If my “calling” in another life would have been to be the best bread baker then I would have been the best.
My pride and my calling is to be the best Colorado criminal defense attorney possible. I take pride in the defense of our constitution. I take pride in the defense of the defenseless. I take pride shouldering the heavy yoke that accompanies every criminal charge.
Whether I am defending a DUI in Arapahoe county, Assault in Denver, or a Domestic Violence case in Adams county I am determined to be the best Colorado criminal defense attorney.
This is my calling. This is the pride I carry into the courtroom everyday.
