Ms. Rikeman attended law school at the nationally ranked University of Texas at Austin where she competed in multiple mock trial and moot court competitions and was a national finalist in 2002. Her training for criminal defense work began at the University of Texas when she participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic and the Juvenile Justice Clinic where she tried her first felony cases. She graduated with honors and moved back to her native state of Colorado where she began work at the 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office. As a former prosecutor for multiple years at the District Attorney's office, and now a defense attorney fighting for your rights, Ms. Rikeman understands the criminal system from both sides of the law and has developed an extensive network of relationships in the Colorado Criminal Justice System.
