As a native to the Denver area Mr. Lucero has an understanding of the issues that are uniquely important to his clients. Mr. Lucero received his degree in business administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder while working in sales & marketing and capital budgeting for a national insurance company.  After receiving his degree Mr. Lucero realized his calling to better serve his community and attended law school at the University of Colorado . During his tenure in law school, Mr. Lucero was a respected student leader and member of the law school's highly distinguished Rothberger Moot Court Board. Mr. Lucero brings to the courtroom both civil and criminal experience gained through his work with Boulder County Legal Services, Federal District Court and the District Attorney's Office.  Among those experiences are trial skills involving charges such as hit and run, harassment, proof of insurance, & driving under suspension.

Mr. Lucero is non-native Spanish speaker who is proficient in both written and spoken Spanish. He received a certificate from the University of Colorado Law School for having demonstrated his bilingual competence in the legal field.  Additionally, Mr. Lucero has also developed a network of relationships in the Colorado Criminal Justice System. This network is a great asset for any client who needs a confident and zealous criminal defense lawyer.
